2 cups (500 ml) kale (coarsely torn)
1-1/2 cups (310 ml) fresh or frozen blueberries
1 fresh or frozen ripe banana
1 orange, peeled
3/4 cups (185 ml) water
1 tablespoon (15 ml) ground flaxseeds
Put the kale, banana, blueberries, orange, and water into a blender.
Process until smooth.
Add the flaxseeds, and blend for a few more seconds.
