“Sunrise” On a Branch Soaps Review

After some reading some of the ingredients in my everyday soap, I decided to search for some organic soap that was not only good for my skin, but smelled good. After purchasing my deodorant from On a Branch Soaps, I thought I should return to the shop and look for some more of their products. When I walked in, I was surprised at the large round table of soaps that I had missed during my first visit!

After smelling every soap at the store and admiring the pretty packaging, I decided to try out the scent “sunrise”. The scent smells earthy and fresh, so it’s the perfect soap to remind you of walks outside and early summer days at the beach!

What beats the scent is the nourishing and natural ingredients in the soap – and that was the reason for me purchasing this brand of soap. It is hand-crafted by On a Branch Soaps with lots of care for treating the skin well.

“Sunrise” contains coconut oil, olive oil, palm oil, castor oil, sodium hydroxide, water, Australian reef red clay, pink clay, turmeric, annatto seed, orange, lemon, pink grapefruit, lemongrass and palmarosa essential oils.

I love that you can pronounce all of the ingredients in the soap, instead of unfamiliar chemical-sounding names in regular brands of soap. All the ingredients are natural and so good for your skin. What I also love is the smooth application, you can feel the ingredients really nourishing your skin! I will never be going back to my popular-brand soaps.

I purchased my soap at my new favourite bath & body store, Anise’s in Burlington, Ontario. However, “On a Branch Soaps” has a popular etsy shop, if you visit www.etsy.com/shop/OnABranchSoaps if you would like to purchase online.
